Mindpower Coaching works with how you think. We are constantly thinking, and not all of it is constructive or productive. Have you ever been sure of something, and then found out it was not at all what you thought it was going to be? The mind is a powerful ally! With mindpowered coaching, we can harness that skill to get results that are in line with our higher purpose. Being in alignment brings us joy and satisfaction.

As compared to other forms of coaching, Mindpower Coaching is focused on teaching you how to think, feel, and behave in the most effective way possible. By covering all these, you can create the outcomes you truly want for your personal and professional life.
The best part is, you are in complete control of these outcomes, because we are the thinkers thinking the thoughts. We don’t have to hope that others do anything since the power to change is within. The easiest place to start is with your self talk.
Self-Talk & Re-frames
Have you ever heard yourself say you “have to” do something? By saying to yourself that you “have to” do something, you’ve already set the tone that you are not in control of your life, when in fact you are. You ARE the person wanting to do the thing. For example, you don’t “have to” go to the dentist, you WANT TO go or you PLAN TO go because you want to take good care of your teeth.
Mindpower coaching teaches that whenever you hear yourself using self-talk that takes you out of your personal power, it’s time to reframe it. A reframe is when you mentally cross out what you just said, and find another way to say it. Instead of “have to,” you could choose “want to,” “going to,’ or “plan to.”
Here’s another one I hear a lot: SHOULD
When you say you “should” do something, you are letting other people’s value systems drive your life. The word “should” comes from our childhood, when we learned from our parents, teachers, religious authorities and others how we are “supposed” to live. Instead, you COULD do it, or you MAY do it, or you PLAN to do it. Should comes from wanting to fit in, and fitting in doesn’t necessarily get you the results you want.
With Mindpower Coaching, self-talk and reframes are just two of the many tools I teach as part of working with me. Although most things I teach are quite simple, remembering to use them takes practice. Forget “practice makes perfect” and instead remember “practice makes permanent!”
Learn how to direct your focus and your behavior to align with the results you are searching for in your life and your business. Become absolutely certain of what steps to take to increase your success, and align with your values and your own truth, which naturally brings satisfaction and joy. Through it all, have fun, because life is meant to be joyful and fun.
